Phillie’s Swim School Limited operate across Hampshire in Basingstoke and Odiham six days of the week. All instructors are qualified through either Swim England or STA, DBS checked and fully insured. We always have a qualified NRASTC or lifeguard on poolside throughout lessons. Our lessons run term time only including the half terms. We have a break at Christmas, Easter and the summer holidays. We also hold crash courses from beginner level right through to diving, personal survival, rookie and bronze, silver and gold challenge awards.

How we differ
There are many swim schools around the area but we are the only swim school who have a maximum of 3 children per class in Basingstoke. We also offer small class sizes in Odiham. Small class sizes are crucial to fast learners and we find our swimmers cover much more content within the lesson, have more individual attention and learn at a faster rate. Many of our swimmers have previously had lessons in a much larger class capacity and have either stagnated or simply have little attention to detail on individual technique. Parents often tell us how much more the children have learnt in one lesson with us in comparison to previous lessons. Due to our small class sizes we offer plenty of classes for our SEND swimmers.

Swimming Lessons for your 4+ Year Olds
We take swimmers from 4 years of age. Many 4 year olds are ready to leave their parent and join the teacher in the water and other swimmers need a bit more time. This is completely normal and this is why we offer a paid trial lesson to ensure the child is happy before committing to the term.
